So let me start by saying that cloud nine exceeds five stars in so many ways. First of all I called the boutique in February being very nervous that I wouldn’t be able to find a dress in time for my wedding in June. Olivia answered the phone and was absolutely amazing and reassured me that they would find me the perfect dress and everything would work out. So we made my appointment. When we arrived at the boutique my first impression is that it was absolutely stunning. We then were seated and introduced to my wonderful stylist Rebekah. Let me tell you she was nothing short of AMAZING. She was the most accommodating, helpful, and just sweetest person. The amount of dedication she had in helping me was incredible. She seriously went above and beyond. I mean she tried a suit jacket on to help me envision the colors I wanted. She also offered to carry me on my wedding day in the mountains…which I am holding her accountable for 😆 I laughed so much and felt so comfortable that it helped me relax and make a decision. The entire staff was absolutely amazing. They stayed way after closing and did not say a word about it. By far the best costumer service! I will always recommend them!

Shelby and Cloud Nine made my wedding dress shopping experience an 11/10! They made the experience stress free and had such an amazing selection of dresses. Shelby and the staff were the ultimate hype girls and made me feel gorgeous in every dress. Olivia at Cloud Nine was such joy to work with! The business is beautiful and all of the staff was so kind. Olivia pulled dresses that fit my style perfectly and was so reassuring my entire appointment! She made sure I felt comfortable and gave me great advice while trying each dress on. I said yes to the dress! I thought the prices and selection of dresses (bridesmaids dresses as well) were amazing. I would recommend Cloud Nine to any bride!

My experience at Cloud Nine was literally more than I could have ever imagined! Right when I walked in, Shelby made me feel so welcomed and special! Definitely how any bride should feel when they are going to pick out their wedding dress. My stylist Olivia, was AMAZING. I literally would not have been able to find my dress without her! She listened to every detail that I wanted in a dress and made sure that I was being heard. Within the span of an hour and a half of being there, I said yes to the dress all because of her help. The checkout process with Shelby was even smooth and easy as well. I truly could not have asked for a better bridal experience!! Olivia guided me through the process so professionally, taking her time with me and offering up incredible advice toward choosing my dream dress. Shelby did an amazing job helping us find the PERFECT dress for my future sister-in-law, as well as dress candidates for the bridal party. She was extremely patient, professional, knowledgeable and enthusiastic throughout the entire process. I cannot begin to say enough about how great my experience was at cloud nine when getting my wedding dress! Rebekah was absolutely amazing, she took every comment I said and brought out dresses exactly as I envisioned and hoped. She made me feel beautiful in every dress and she was so patient and kind. She brought my dream dress to life when it wasn’t even one in the store at the time. The dress buying experience was wonderful and the turn around time was so quick! Everyone else was so welcoming both times I was in the store when ordering the dress and picking mine up.
